TikTok shares count how many times people sent your video to someone else, copied its link or posted it elsewhere. You can see the total next to the share arrow on the video and in TikTok's analytics, but TikTok's creator guides describe a share count, not a list of who shared. To get more shares, make videos people want to pass on; you can also add shares to chosen public videos with an independent service such as TikFame, at 5 to 200 USD per order with the price shown before you pay.
Bought shares raise the share count on the videos you pick. They do not guarantee followers, sales or reach, and results vary by service, quantity and account. TikFame is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
What do TikTok shares count?
A share is recorded when a viewer uses the share option on a video, for example to send it in a message, copy the link or post it to another app. Shares tell you that a viewer thought the video was worth showing to someone else, which is a stronger signal of interest than a quick like.
TikTok says its For You recommendations are shaped by how people interact with a video, such as likes, comments, shares and whether someone finishes it, but it does not publish how much each one counts (TikTok Newsroom: How TikTok recommends videos #ForYou). Our guide to how the TikTok algorithm decides what to show sums up what TikTok has said.
Can you see who shared your TikTok?
You can see how many shares a video got. TikTok's Creator Academy says the Engagement section of analytics shows the number of shares your videos received in the selected date range, and the Content tab shows views, likes, comments and shares per video for the last seven days (TikTok Creator Academy: Analytics). The same guide talks about counts only; it does not describe a list of the people who shared a video.
| Place | What it shows |
|---|---|
| The share arrow on the video | Total shares for that one video |
| Analytics, Engagement section | Shares across your videos for the date range you pick |
| Analytics, Content tab | Shares per video for the last seven days |
Be careful with apps or websites that promise to reveal exactly who shared your videos. They usually ask you to log in with your TikTok account, and you should never hand your password to a third party.
How do you get more shares on TikTok?
People share what is useful, funny or about someone they know. Build that reason into the video, then make sharing easy. Free methods take time but bring shares from real viewers; a paid order changes the count on the videos you choose.
| Method | Cost | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Make a video worth sending: a tip, a list, a relatable moment | Free | Shares from viewers who have someone in mind |
| Say who it is for, for example "send this to a friend who..." | Free | A clear prompt to share |
| Post a follow-up when a video gets shared a lot | Free, takes time | More of the content people already pass on |
| Shares order on TikFame | 5 to 200 USD per order, shown before paying | A higher share count on the videos you pick |

Should you buy TikTok shares?
Only if you know what you want from it. A shares order makes the count on a video higher; it does not make the video better, and it does not decide what TikTok shows next. Start with one video that already does reasonably well, order a modest quantity, and compare follows, profile visits and comments from real viewers in the days after. If nothing else moves, change the video, not the quantity.
- Check that the full price is shown before payment and that there is no subscription.
- Never share your TikTok password. TikFame only needs a public username.
- Choose the videos carefully: once an order is made it cannot be cancelled and the videos cannot be changed.
- Read the refund rule: if an order has not started within 72 hours, you can request a refund.
