1. Agreement

By placing an order on TikFame (tikfame.co) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

TikFame provides marketing services for public TikTok profiles and posts. Customers select an available service and quantity before payment. Delivery timing and results vary by service, quantity, account and other factors; estimated completion times are not guarantees.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must own the TikTok account or have permission from the owner to promote it.
  • The account and posts must be public and must remain public until delivery is complete.
  • You must provide a valid email address so we can contact you about your order.
  • You must not use the service for content that is illegal, hateful, or violates TikTok’s Community Guidelines.

4. Orders, pricing and limits

Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay and are confirmed on our servers when the order is created. Orders must total at least $5 and no more than $200. We may decline or cancel an order that appears fraudulent or violates these terms; any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We never see or store your full card number. All payments are one-off; there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. No affiliation with TikTok

TikFame is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok is a trademark of its owner.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for actions TikTok may take on your account, for changes in TikTok’s platform, or for indirect losses.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order applies to that order.
